Band of CEOs supports its members through mutual interaction and shared knowledge and experiences. Membership is limited to CEOs of medical device companies headquartered in the Silicon Valley. Events, held four to five times a year, include guest speakers on topics of importance to the assembled members, and networking before and during the event, normally a fine meal. All events and Band activities are funded by annual dues.

The 60+ current members are sitting or past CEOs whose companies developed or are developing novel solutions for abnormal conditions in urology, women's health, cardiac and minimally invasive surgery, ophthalmology, pediatrics and more. New members are welcomed by personal invitation.
